Introduction and Definitions<\/strong> These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the promotional offer (“Offer”) of free tickets for the use of ferry services operated by or in collaboration with elbaferries.com (“Organizer”). The term “Participant” refers to any individual who enters into this agreement (“Agreement”) by completing the participation form on the Organizer’s website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legal Capacity and Acceptance<\/strong> By participating, the Participant affirms they possess the legal capacity to enter into and comply with binding contracts. Participation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all the terms, conditions, provisions, and disclaimers contained herein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scope and Limitations of the Offer<\/strong> The Offer is subject to availability and may be subject to restrictions or exclusions based on criteria unilaterally determined by the Organizer. The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash or other goods or services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adjudication and Selection Process<\/strong> Free tickets will be awarded at the sole discretion of the Organizer, based on availability and internal selection criteria. The Organizer reserves the right to carry out eligibility and validity checks on requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Withdrawal Clauses and Limitation of Liability<\/strong> The Organizer may, at its sole discretion and without justification, modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time. Furthermore, the Organizer is not responsible for damages, losses, or inconveniences caused by delays, cancellations, technical malfunctions, or other situations beyond its reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution<\/strong> This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where the Organizer has its legal headquarters. Any disputes arising in connection with the Offer shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of that state or country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
